Here are some wonderful ways you can get involved:

Individuals 

• Use your Duke of Edinburgh’s Award to fundraise for us – complete your volunteering to achieve your award
• Set up a sponsorship page for your own challenge to raise essential funds for our children and young people such as a sponsored run or triathlon – click here to use Charity Checkout
• Set up a sponsorship page for your own event to raise funds – decide what you’d like to organise – cake sale, quiz night, raffle… the options are endless – click here to use Charity Checkout
• Involve your employer – many will match your funds and help to double your total!

Schools

• Are you a member of the PTA or a school parent? Get involved and raise funds to have Little Hands Design clubs in your school – this will enable more children to experience and benefit from our creative sessions
• School fete, fashion show, sponsored walk-a-thon, dress up or down day, sponsored green day (clean up your school environment) – these are just a few ideas of how to get your classmates and teachers involved with supporting our charity. We’ll do our best to visit your school and we’ll present you with LHD certificates to celebrate how much you’ve raised

Teams/Small Businesses

• Whether you fancy a bake sale coffee morning, getting a team together to conquer tough mudder or a trip away to climb Snowdon, we’ll be behind you spurring you on.
• If you’d prefer to keep it in house, why not organise a quiz, competition or a raffle?
• We’d love to hear from you and discuss your ideas – why not go alcohol free or give up chocolate for a month if you’re not into group activities?
• Involve your employer – many will match your funds and help to double your total!

Finally, don’t forget to ask your friends, co-workers and family for support and share your efforts on your social media channels. Most of all, have fun and enjoy your fundraising… we can’t wait to hear about it!

Volunteer

We welcome individual volunteers to join us as we believe we can learn from your skills whilst you take our lessons and knowledge onboard. We’d love to hear what talents, skills and experiences you have and how you think you could apply them whilst assisting with Little Hands.
